You are also allowed to send genuine business related emails to existing customers or to people who have provided their email address to you when you have made a sales enquiry even if it is about another product.

What's not allowed

For recipients to receive promotional emails. They must specifically say they are 'opting in'. You must not use 'opt in' as a way of building a mailing list.

Sharing files provides you with an alternative to sending files as attachments in email messages. You can send a file link when you create the shared file or send it later.

Can I send files from my online file folder?

If you associated your online File Folder with an email address, you can send files when generating an email message in Web-Based Email and include the selected files as attachments in the email message. Using this feature, the Web-Based Email Compose Email screen opens with the selected files attached to the blank message. Complete the email and click Send Mail.
